GENERAL BILL by Dyer ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Horne
Fla. Higher Education Savings Trust; establishes Fla. Higher Education Savings Trust & Fla. Higher Education Savings Program; provides for administration of program & trust by State Board of Administration; provides for investment of funds in trust; provides for trust to disburse funds for payment of higher education expenses of designated beneficiaries; provides for taxation of trust; provides that this act does not guarantee acceptance into any educational institution, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
