GENERAL BILL by Education Appropriations ; Sublette

Education Finance; provides for revised funding model for exceptional student education programs & specifies use of matrix of services; provides for review of delivery of services; provides for Fla. Education Finance Program for kindergarten through grade 12 & Fla. Education Finance Program for adults; directs State Board of Community Colleges & BOR to analyze expenditure of PECO funds in order to reduce excessive costs, etc. Amends FS.
