SB 1864: Vessel Warranty Enforcement Act
GENERAL BILL by Klein
Vessel Warranty Enforcement Act; creates said act, also known as "Vessel Lemon Law"; provides for duty of manufacturer to conform vessel to warranty; provides for dispute settlement procedures; provides for dispute eligibility with Fla. New Vessel Arbitration Board; creates said board; provides that certain violations are unfair or deceptive trade practices; provides for vessel dealer liability; provides for resale of returned vessels, etc. Creates 327.901-.919.
