GENERAL BILL by Health & Human Services Appropriations ; Health Care Services ; Albright ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Culp ; Harrington
Organ & Tissue Donation; amends certain provisions to authorize use of certain funds for maintaining organ & tissue donor registry; revises annual assessments on certain organ procurement organizations, tissue banks, & eye banks; establishes standards for organ donation, procurement, allocation, & transplantation; amends specified provisions to clarify who may make anatomical gift in absence of declaration by decedent, etc. Amends Chs. 320, 322, 381, 732.
