Psychological Services; revises definition of "practice of psychology" to include authority to prescribe & administer psychotropic drugs & provides requirements; requires testing laboratories to provide certain test results requested by prescribing psychologists; amends provision re definitions of "practice of practical nursing," "advanced or specialized nursing practice" & "practitioner", etc. Amends 490.003, 464.003,.012, 893.02.
