Viatical Settlement Act; prescribes information to be included in application for viatical provider license; authorizes licensees to execute security bond; provides for waiver by Insurance Dept. of deposit requirement under specified conditions; modifies conditions for unconditional recission of viatical settlement contract; provides for waiver of unconditional recission provision; repeals provision re viators with dependent children, etc. Amends Ch. 626.
