GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Bronson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hargrett

Aquaculture; establishes wild harvest setbacks from shellfish leases; authorizes issuance of additional special activity licenses; revises provisions re importation of nonindigenous marine plants & animals; authorizes harvesting or possession of saltwater species for experimental, scientific, education, & exhibition purposes; removes obsolete provisions re state-sanctioned sales of alligator hides; clarifies jurisdiction over aquaculture activities, etc. Amends FS.
