Protection of Children/Teams/Program; deletes reference to child protection & sexual abuse treatment teams from responsibilities of Children & Families Program Office of Children & Family Services Dept.; provides responsibility of Health Dept. to provide services to abused & neglected children through teams & program; provides confidentiality under existing public records exemptions for records of child protection teams & personnel thereof, etc. Amends FS.
