GENERAL BILL by Gutman

Forensic Security Review Board; provides that certain proceedings of said board are exempt from public meetings law; provides that record of such proceedings is exempt from public records law; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides for finding of necessity; takes effect on date SB 1664, re criminal procedure for mentally deficient & mentally ill defendants or similar legislation becomes law. Creates 916.36.
