SB 1982: Community Development Corporations
GENERAL BILL by Hargrett
Community Development Corporations; provides for future repeal of specific provisions re said corporations; revises criteria for award of administrative grants; requires DCA Secretary to develop funding distribution formula to ensure that administrative grants are made available thorughout state. Amends Ch. 290.
