Charter Schools; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1996,1182) provides for recognition as public schools; provides for appeal of disputes & requires mediation services; revises limitations on number of schools; provides for operation by nonprofit organization; authorizes charter schools-in-the-workplace; authorizes distribution of funds to charter schools from Public Education Capital Outlay & Debt Service TF, etc. Amends 228.056, 235.42; creates 228.0561. APPROPRIATION: $18,244,151.
