Certificates of Need; deletes definition of terms "health maintenance organization" & "major medical equipment" for purposes of review for certificate of need by AHCA; redefines term "health care facility" to include hospice & long-term care hospital; defines terms "home health agency," "long-term care hospital," & "respite care"; deletes reference to hospice & HMOs, etc. Amends FS.
