SB 2012: Law Enf. & Correctional Officers

GENERAL BILL by Bronson

Law Enf. & Correctional Officers; provides requirements re recordings made during formal interrogation of law enforcement or correctional officer; provides for rights of said officers to review their personnel files, attach response, & receive copy of certain materials in file; provides for application to release of certain info; permits certain officers who are elected or appointed to maintain certification in special status while holding office. Amends Chs. 112, 943.
