GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Health Care ; Brown-Waite ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Latvala ; Bronson ; McKay ; Grant

Nursing Home Facilities; provides for expedited administrative hearing upon request of licensee following action by AHCA to suspend, deny, or revoke nursing home facility's license; requires certain nursing home facilities to investigate background of their employees & of certain applicants for employment; provides for rescreening; provides that CFS Dept. may impose charge in amount up to actual cost for screening volunteer, etc. Amends 400.121, 415.107; creates 400.215.
