CS/SB 2086: Small Counties

GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Williams

Small Counties; repeals provision which provides that once small county meets population requirements & qualifies for programs under certain provisions, it shall retain that qualification until it exceeds population of 75,000; deletes expiration date of annual solid waste & recycling grants to small counties; provides for waiver of permit processing fees under certain circumstances, etc. Amends FS.
