SB 2096: HIV Testing/Disclosure
GENERAL BILL by Burt
HIV Testing/Disclosure; provides for disclosure of HIV test results to patient's health care providers; requires HIV testing of certain health care facility patients; provides that health care providers receiving HIV test results must maintain their confidentiality; provides for inclusion of results of required HIV tests in patient records. Amends 381.004, 395.3025.
