SB 2094: Unemployment Compensation (RAB)

GENERAL BILL by Holzendorf

Unemployment Compensation (RAB); authorizes rulemaking by Unemployment Compensation Division of LES Dept.; allows division to define specified terms & to adopt rules re total succession, to prescribe by rule procedures for changing methods of reporting, to determine by rule how partial payments are to be applied, & to adopt rules for monetary & nonmonetary investigations & determinations & for giving notice to affected claimants & employees. Amends Ch. 443.
