Beverage Law/Shipments of Wine; (THIS BILL COMBINES S2120,1906) provides for certain direct shipments of wine from out of state; requires shippers to have certain licenses; provides prohibitions; provides for administrative & criminal penalties; exempts charitable organizations from excise & sales taxes on sales made from direct shipments of wine from out of state, subject to restrictions, etc. Amends 561.54,.545,.59.
