GENERAL BILL by Forman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell ; Turner
Unemployment Compensation; provides alternative base period to be used in calculating benefits in specified circumstances; provides, in certain circumstances involving recalculation of benefits, for treatment of excess benefits that were previously received. Amends 443.036.
