UCC: Letters of Credit; revises provisions of code re letters of credit; defines terms; provides formal requirements; provides time & effect of establishment of credit; provides advice of credit, confirmation, error in statement of terms; provides "notation credit"; prescribes issuer's obligation to its customers; provides issuer's duty & privilege to honor; repeals certain provisions re letters of credit & statute of limitations re bulk transfers, etc. Amends FS.
