Public Records/Mental Health; provides exemption from public records requirements for results of background screening of direct-care employees & for records of quality assurance programs in mental health partial hospitalization programs; provides exemption from public meetings requirements for meetings of quality assurance program committees of such hospitalization programs; takes effect upon effective date of S2234, 1998 Regular Session, etc. Amends Ch. 394.
