GENERAL BILL by Campbell
DOC/Trust Funds; provides for Inmate Welfare TF to be for benefit of inmates in DOC's correctional facilities; revises requirements for Employee Benefit TF within DOC; authorizes moneys in Inmate TF to be used for operating inmate chapels, chaplaincy programs, visiting pavilions, libraries, & law libraries; provides for certain fees charged by dept. for inmate labor to be deposited into Correctional Work Prog. TF rather than Grants & Donations TF, etc. Amends FS.
