SB 2252: Elections
GENERAL BILL by Dyer
Elections; prohibits election officials from physically altering or remarking original ballot; requires Dept. of State to audit voting system in any county in which recount or election contest has changed result of election; provides for release of information re absentee ballots to candidate who has filed election contest or request for recount; provides procedures for contesting election; provides for discretionary recount of ballots, etc. Amends FS.
