GENERAL BILL by Holzendorf

Constracting/Journeyman Ratio; authorizes county or municipality to require that licensed journeyman in plumbing & pipefitting trade, mechanical trade, HVAC trade, or electrical trade be present at any job site where work in respective trade is being performed; authorizes county or municipality to specify ratio of journeymen to apprentices & helpers required at job site; provides certain limitations. Amends 489.127,.531.
