GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; McKay
DUI/Alcohol or Drugs; provides that motor vehicle is subject to forfeiture under Fla. Contraband Forfeiture Act if motor vehicle is driven by person under influence of alcohol or drugs & person's license is suspended as result of prior conviction for driving under influence; requires that notification of impoundment or seizure be sent to HSMV; redefines term "contraband article" to conform, etc. Amends 322.34, 932.701; reenacts 932.703.
