DUI/Alcohol or Drugs; provides that motor vehicle is contraband & subject to forfeiture under Fla. Contraband Forfeiture Act if motor vehicle is driven by person under influence of alcohol or drugs & person's license is suspended as result of prior conviction for driving under influence; provides for law enforcement officer to impound motor vehicle upon probable cause; requires that notification be sent to HSMV, etc.
