CS/CS/SB 2288: Juvenile Justice

GENERAL BILL by Children, Families and Seniors ; Criminal Justice ; Gutman

Juvenile Justice; authorizes assessment of certain fees for operating & administering teen court, notwithstanding certain contrary provisions; provides that escape from lawful transportation to or from secure detention facility or residential commitment facility is third degree felony; substitutes references to "juvenile probation officer" for "intake counselor" or "case manager", etc. Amends Ch. 985, 921.0022, 938.17,.19, 943.053, 944.401, 984.03.
