Bidders/Illegal Aliens/Nonemployment; provides that, to be "qualified bidder" re providing personal property or services, person must comply with any contract conditions prohibiting employment of illegal aliens, as defined; requires that invitations to bid, requests for proposal, & contracts shall contain notice specifying that contracts with contractor who knowingly employs illegal aliens shall be subject to unilateral cancellation. Amends 287.012,.057.
