GENERAL BILL by Dudley
Developmental Disabilities; requires that CFS Dept. develop plan for closing developmental services institutions by specified date & relocate residents to homes in community; provides for funding to be discontinued for facilities that serve more than specified number of residents; provides exception for cluster homes in operation on specified date; creates Commission on Reforms for Persons with Developmental Disabilities, etc. Amends Ch. 393.
