Regulation of Contracting; provides responsibilities of building code administrators, plans examiners, & inspectors; provides that nothing prohibits local governments from contracting with certified persons to perform inspections; provides requirements for fire alarm system agents, including specified training & fingerprint & criminal background checks; provides requirements for use of professional titles by industrial hygienist & safety professionals, etc.
