Professional Regulation; requires DBPR to provide additional information upon undertaking investigation; provides responsibilities of building code administrators, plans examiners, & inspectors; provides that nothing prohibits local governments from contracting with certified persons to perform inspections; allows architects & professional engineers to perform duties of building code inspectors in specified circumstances, etc. Amends FS.
