Elderly Affairs/Transfer of Duties; transfers powers, duties, functions, personnel, & assets of CFS Dept. re home care for elderly, community care for disabled adults, contracted geriatric mobile crisis response, home & community based waiver services for disabled adults, temporary emergency shelter for adult victims of abuse, neglect, or exploitation, adult foster home care, personal care allowance, & adult congregate living supplement to Elderly Affairs Dept. Amends FS.
