GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Geller ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Clary
Fire Prevention & Control; defines term "fire extinguisher"; requires individual or organization that hydrotests fire extinguishers & preengineered systems to obtain permit or license from State Fire Marshal; provides requirements for installing & inspecting fire suppression equipment; provides State Fire Marshal authority to suspend & revoke certificates; provides requirements for fire alarm system agents, including specified training, etc. Amends Chs. 633, 489.
