GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Health Care
Certificates of Need; revises certain requirements for AHCA in issuing certificate of need to nursing home; exempts from certificate-of-need regulation certain nursing home beds operated by or on behalf of Veterans' Affairs Dept.; excludes exempted beds from nursing home bed inventory; establishes workgroup to study & monitor market & regulatory developments that may affect certain nursing home bed allocations, etc. Amends 400.071, 408.034,.036,.040.
