Florida 2020 Program; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN S2024,2648) provides for distribution of certain documentary stamp tax revenues to Land Acquisition TF to pay debt service on said program bonds; establishes Fla. Year 2020 Higher Education Facilities Program; subjects bond issuance to constitutional authorization; creates Land Acquisition & Management Advisory Commission; creates Fla. 2020 Act; creates Fla. 2020 Study Commission, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $250,000.
