Recreational Lands/Greenways/Trails; revises definition of "volunteer" to include persons who consent to certain use of real property; provides rights & benefits of landowners whose lands are designated as greenways or trails; directs DEP to erect suitable memorial to Marjorie Harris Carr on Cross Fla. Greenways State Recreational Area; provides for recreational user permit fee to hunt, fish, or otherwise use for outdoor recreational purposes, etc. Amends Chs. 259, 260, 110.501, 372.57.
