GENERAL BILL by Brown-Waite ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Forman

Public Records/Patient Information; provides exemption from public records requirements for information about patients of home medical equipment providers which is obtained by employees or service providers or licensing agency & for information obtained by AHCA or home medical equipment provider in connection with background screening of prospective employees of provider; takes effect on same date that CS/H 759 or similar legislation takes effect, etc.
