Land Platting; defines terms re platting; requires plats & replats of subdivisions submitted for approval to be accompanied by boundary survey of platted lands; revises provisions re naming & replatting subdivisions; provides requirements for recording of plat; revises provisions re approval of plats by governing bodies; requires plats to be reviewed by professional surveyor & mapper before approval by governing body, etc. Amends Ch. 177.
