GENERAL BILL by Ritter

Eminent Domain; provides that other actions re condemned property may be included in eminent domain actions; provides for joint condemnation actions by two or more condemning authorities; provides preemption for rules of Florida Supreme Court re offers of judgment; deletes provision authorizing defendant to make offers to enter judgment under $100,000; provides for filing written defenses to eminent domain petitions after entry of order of taking, etc. Amends FS.
