Sales Tax Exemption on Electricity; revises activities that constitute manufacturing function for purposes of sales tax exemption on certain uses of electricity; exempts sale of steam energy used in manufacturing; provides threshold for electricity use; deletes requirement that electricity be separately metered; revises applicability of exemption.
