Community Redevelopment Act of 1969; expands provisions which direct counties & municipalities to involve private enterprise in redevelopment; provides special requirements applicable to community redevelopment area which utilizes sales tax increment funding; provides requirements for plans which include private capital investment project; revises restrictions imposed on financing certain public buildings with increment revenues, etc. Amends Chs. 163, 212, 213.
