Public Records/Minors/Statement; provides exemption from public records requirements for videotaped statement of minor who is victim of specified crimes involving sexual battery, lewd acts, or other sexual misconduct re such offenses; authorizes access by certain governmental agencies; provides for future review & repeal; prohibits public employee or officer from disclosing videotaped information; provides penalty; provides finding of public necessity. Amends 119.07.
