HB 3489: Sexual Offenses Against Children

Sexual Offenses Against Children; requires CFS Dept. to report within specified period each alleged juvenile offense involving child victim under 16 years of age to appropriate law enforcement agency having jurisdiction over offense; prohibits any person at least 21 years of age from engaging in sexual activity with person 16 or 17 years of age; provides exception for acts between married persons; redefines "child abuse", etc. Amends FS.
