Florida Retirement System; increases retiree health insurance subsidy payment & contribution rate; clarifies benefits payable under existing systems; revises & adds definitions; modifies statutory limit on number of nonelective full-time positions that may be designated by local agency employer for inclusion in Senior Mgmt. Service Class; provides for eligibility to purchase retirement credit for certain leaves of absence, etc. Amends 112.363, Ch. 121.
