GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Law Enforcement & Public Safety ; Futch

Law Enforcement Department; provides additional authority for executive director of department re organization of department; provides for department to be reorganized into specified programs; deletes division structure of department; conforms provisions to changes made by act; deletes obsolete provisions; requires department to develop & maintain information system; authorizes department to enter into contracts, etc. Amends Ch. 943, 20.201, 938.07.
