Crime Victim's Protection Act; creates said act; bars recovery of damages for personal injury or injury to property in cases when claimant has incurred damages while engaged in certain criminal conduct & seeks recovery from person or other entity that was victim or object of claimant's criminal conduct; provides for court to stay civil action during pendency of criminal action which forms basis for defense; provides applicability, etc. Creates 960.298.
