Agency Accountability Act; creates said act; provides for court orders imposing personal liability upon state agency employee, as defined, who, by act or omission has made determination affecting substantial interests of party based upon grossly negligent assessment of material fact or erroneous interpretation, under specified circumstances; prescribes conditions & guidelines re liability of agency employee; provides applicability, etc. Creates 120.572.
