GENERAL BILL by Murman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist ; Byrd ; Tamargo

Eradication of Agricultural Pests; prescribes duties of Agric. & Consumer Services Dept. & Health Dept. re programs of emergency aerial application of pesticide for eradication of plant pests; requires use of certain pesticides; requires development of system for informing public of such programs & requires public & other notice of certain programs of pest eradication; provides for info to be furnished to health care providers; provides for health advisory committees.
