Timber Management; requires Forestry Division of Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept., or other qualified professional forester, to assess feasibility of managing timber in land management plans; requires Land Acquisition & Management Advisory Council to consider timber management as feasible multiple-use strategy; directs said division to begin certain forestation programs on certain lands, etc. Creates 253.036; amends 259.035, 373.591, 589.04. APPROPRIATION: $159,461.
