Historical Resources; revises definition of "historic property" or "historic resource"; repeals provision which requires Historical Resources Division of Dept. of State to maintain Florida Folklife Archives; repeals provision which creates Florida Folklife Grant Program within Historical Resources Division of Dept. of State. Amends 267.021; repeals 267.16(4),.162.
